However, where they get the blend doesnt matter, if a US Pharmaceutical corporation can gets it's hand on the recipe, they will undoubtedly begin trials and wait the 10 yrs to begin selling the drug under their OWN PATENT.

As for studies....there are patents involved, and tbph, I don't read much about Euro/Asian/S American or AU drug trials and patenting processes or how there govts approve or decline drugs for use by their populations.

I do however know what trade secrets are, and how the 4 superpowers are ALWAYS angling at a way to steal one another's new big thing.
