povetkins build has changed without doubt

and given russias lax /doping control its possible / but i dont like to say he is on drugs /etc etc until proof is shown.

he could have done and lot of cardio/right food and weights and just put it on/ not my area of expertise .

I really doubt that Wilder is taking Roids.

The US isn't like Russia/Ukraine that encourages athletes, especially black one to take PEDs.

In fact, a black in the US if found to be taking PEDs a black person is susceptible to being raked through the coals and treated like OJ for any small infraction, no matter how much money they make.

Floyd Mayweather, although the highest paid Athlete would be penalized to the Maximum, just like he was for his domestic violence ordeal.
Although they both had tens of millions of dollars in the bank, that money was useless for Tyson, Ibeabuchi and Mayweather to avoid been jailed.
If there was even a hint of their drug use, the powers that be would pounce on it and the next day it would be on the world-wide news.
If they prosecuted Lance Armstrong the way they did you can imagine what would happen to Mayweather.

The only reason Vitali was caught was because it was during the Olympic drug testing. Had it been Russian testing, it would have been swept under the rug and business as usual.

This might sound a bit like bro science, but Povetkin is a ginger, so just in there he's more prone to balding, and, of course, everyone knows steroids accelerate hair loss and balding. Also, povetkin is a relatively older guy, and yet not only is his hair line not receding, it's actually very thick. Just based on the eye test, I don't think Povetkin is on the juice
