povetkin cautious at first just taking a look and not throwing.

nice sharp uppercut povetkin makes naolan go back

povetkin now starting to let his hands go and bullying nolan around the ring

left right by povetkin backs nolan agaist the ropes.

flurry on the ropes nothing hard though and nolan slowly sinks to the floor for an 8 count

10 seconds later nolan back aaginst the ropes and a sweetly timed left hook catches nolan flush and he goes down harder this time.

corner wants the fight stopped but ref counts the full 10 count and povetkin wins by ko 3

 

easy routine fight for povetkin v a gimmee , never learned anything , just a stay busy fightwhile waiting for his title shot.

nolan a patsy was poor matchmaking , and povetkn`s return never had to be this easy and soft .

if povetkin had wanted the fight over in the first this would have been the outcome and it was clear he was carrying nolan for the previous 2 rounds

fight ended about 2.30 into round 3.

povetkin with his workrate and handspeed is one of the only dangers to the klitchkos out there as his style of fighting , if he can take the punishment that will undoubtably come his way, will definatly make an uncomfertable night for waldimir in particular i feel.

atlas talked about a klitchko fight after the fight, but during the fight povetkin never broke sweat and nolan , with all due respect to him was only there to put a W on the povetkin column and it was not a fight where teddy was needed for anything more than to be a cheerleader.

i am not sure of povetkin`s english, i would suspect either very poor or non exsistent given that having been fighting out of germany since 2004 or 5/ he still cannot get by in german.

again nothing clean landed in the round and scrappy work but huck was busier and nicks the round

nice clean uppecut on the end of 3 that missed by afolabi

right buy huck but then he smothers his own work

both looking for sustained ful;l power 4 or 5 punch bursts and taking it in turns

then both go passive

happens every 30 secs or so

both not throwuing a lot of punches but when they do they are full power.

afaolabi busier this round and huck backing up

spoke to soon hucks turn and he lets go a combo

again close round, maybe 10 clean punches landed all fight by both fighters combined so far

give that round to afolabi

afolabi jabbing for first 30 secs huck passive but nothing scoring

forarm smash by huck, afolabi does not even blink

jab afolabi actually scores for once

afolabi has come forward the entire 2 mins so far but scored little

huck moans about headclash

big sloppy right hurts huck and huck is desperatly hanging on for the last 30 secs of the round clinging and grasping to see out the round

on replay i see it was a long right uppercut lead that hurt huck so badly int he 4th

huck holding and hitting


huck gos wild planting his feet and letting rip[ with long powerfull but crude shouts not very accurate
