Brock had no issues landing, its just that Brock punches softly. Povetkin puts more strength in his shots, and that will hurt Chambers.

 

That is standard operating procedure, the sanctioning bodies don't like unification.

 

Since it is not easy to track down a slippery boxer, it would indeed be a "statement" if Povetkin gets the KO.
