Tough call. Even in his prime, Povetkin has cement blocks for feet, and Haye was a good mover. Haye might be able to run his way to a win. Prime Povetkin was relentless and had good punch volume. He'd keep coming. I say Povetkin eventually catches him and wins. I also say there was no way Haye takes this fight and if he did, he'd pull out with an injury on short notice, then fight someone older and more shot.
Haye got comfortably out jabbed by WK in a negative one but was never really in trouble & avoided most of the danger shots whereas Povetkin was flat footed & pummelled. Just an example & not the be all though.. I don't think the Russian Viking has ever really fought anyone as explosive or as quick as Haye so it's difficult to know.. Haye was pretty slick, good movement & was no mug as an amateur himself.. If limited Huck can push Povetkin then I don't see why Haye couldn't frustrate & counter him. & yes you can flip that & cite Mormeck etc too.. Tough one really, I'm edging Haye in tight one if he fights to a plan.. if he gets into a dog fight then it's who lands the big one first basically..
