You know boxing is in **** shape when you have to unify the same title.

When did Haye unify the WBA titles or make enough defences to warren being a "super champion", these sanctioning bodies are becoming a bigger joke each day!

Apologies for my ignorance, but what is a 'super champion'? Will Haye actually be given a different belt with 'super champion' written on it or something?

if you win the WBA title and then unify it with one of the other three titles the WBA upgrade you to their Super Champion.

Problem is they have started upgrading people like Andre Ward to Super Champion when he hasn't unified, then again they had actually upgraded Kessler at that time.

And as you can see from my avatar Cotto is the WBA Super Champion, again he hasn't unified.

The rule used to be that you either made ten defences (like Chris John has) or unified.

The difference now is that Khan hasn't unified, Gamboa hasn't unified, Cotto hasn't unified, Ward hasn't unified and neither has Haye.

Just bin the ****ing title and pocket more ££££. The fight won't be worth any less anyway.

Well it seems that now they are doing it when there is a strong possibility of unification.
