    I still can't believe Povetkin is taking this fight!

    He should have taken a tune up with someone better.
    At least someone who kinda physically resembles Wlad.

    :good What's the point of this fight? Don't see too much to be gained by fighting this guy. Wasn't anyone in the HW top 60 available?

    Uh, to simply get in the ring and stay sharp. It gives your fighter something to focus on in training while waiting for the fight with Wlad. Sykes is the perfect opponent.

    I did notice the Coke can in front of Povektin...how bout a water bottle???

    By the way, why are you still hanging around, derrick? After you predict Wlad to lose and he wins you usually go into hiding for a couple of months until his next fight? What gives?

    Povetkin will beat Sykes easily, Sykes can box a bit but likes to think he can punch when he can't.. He may opt to stand in front of Povetkin and lose royally... Alex is a very hard hombre to overpower...

    Povetkin is a great technician, his workrate is truly unique.
    But he doesn't bring the concussive power, so breaking down someone like Wladimir will be hard.


    But I think he's got a chance to outpoint Wladimir Klitschko.
