Obviously the Russians will win purse bids but could haynon do this to win purse bids and gain home advantage

Since the champ gets 75% of the purse could haymon put in say a 20 million bid , wilder would get 15 of it and the. Basically take 80% of Wilders split and keep it. Basically he would be able to make a 20 million purse bid but in reality it would be a 6-7 million bid

Could he do this and would it be legal?

Mvc has told us ****** buffet is going to help wilder beat the russians in purse bids but I dont know if that will happen

Apparently he bases this on buffet being part of the money and will help haymon out? What do you think?

The funniest thing is the nonsense about ****** Buffet. What a fool MVC! is.

Gaymon will lose the purse-bid. Hell, if Buffet was so invested in TMT, he would've put up an actual bid for Shafikov/Bey so Bey wouldn't have to drop his title. Hell, if Buffest was so invested, he would've put up a significant purse bid to beat out Jay-Z for Quillin/Korobov.

The Buffet story makes no sense. Rabyinsky will win the purse bid and Wilder will be forced to fight in Russia or vacate. I wouldn't be surprised if Wilder goes ahead and vacates.

Whoever wins, the fighters will be getting paid big bucks.

    Good for them

Ryabisky already offered US$ 10 million to Wilder, for a fight in Russia, which means a bid of aprox. US$ 13.5 m. This amount will be the starting point.

I personally believe the russians will bid 18m or more.

Is this fight ppv material? can it be staged in Vegas and generate an 8 digit number at the gate? If so than Haymon will have a legit shot at bringing the fight to the US.

You're a fool if you think that. Where was his money for the times I've mentioned?

In the times of the inquisition, people like you burned Jordano Bruno for denying that earth was the center of the universe.

    Why?
I know this won't reach a decision, so there's no reason to hope for a Texas style robbery if you're a Wilder fan.
And I don't think boxfans would like those extremely high ticket prices over there either.

Many other good places to hold it. Most better as Vegas in my opinion.
