I think Povetkin is a bad match up for Wlad, out of all these guys calling out Wlad, Povetkin seems to be the biggest threat. He has a very high workrate, decent power, good speed, and most important is the head and shoulder movement. He increases his workrate as the fight goes on and starts the fight off pretty fast. What do you guys think?
He's not a bad match up at all. He doesn't have the power to trouble even Wlad's chin, and won't even reach it. And his defence is wide open, he'd get picked apart with the jab and straight right all night.

OKay ... Wlad has been knocked out by light punchers ... i'm not saying Povetkin will win but i'm sure that Povetkin will challenge Wlad more than any other challenger.
I think the fight wouldn't be very competitive..maybe for a lil bit but I think Wlad would take over later on!
Wlad has been betrayed by his own body against Purrity and Brewster, if that happens again, Povetkin or any fighter can knock him out. Sanders put him down purely with his own ability, as a 6'4 southpaw with far more power than Povetkin. Povetkin could not avoid Chambers' jab, Wlad would jab his face to a swollen mess. Often it looks like Povetkin doesn't even make an effort to avoid punches, maybe he fought with headgear in the amateurs for too long. He has good wins over decent, light - punching HW's, noone close to Wlad's power. Povetkin is taylor made for Wlad, a skilled boxer, but short and without one punch power. Wlad will eat this kind of fighter for lunch any day.
