Don't think I've seen that film and if I have I've forgotten about it. I like Bronson too. I generally prefer the actors from back then to the ones of today. There are plenty of good ones around now but it just seems to me like the actors I liked from back then had more charisma than those of today. They were real characters instead of just being insipid posers.
I am very happy the movie with black torch tanked. I also hope the all female cast of ghost busters tanks as well. I hate how americans take a classic and rip off the audience by producing the exact same film, only heavily sprinkled with black cast and or/women cast. It doesn't add value to the film and in 99.99% of the cases, the original was much better. Unlucky, an old french classic comes to mind. Death at the funeral, a british classic, comes to mind also. Both butchered by an american remake. You want black characters? Invent some. Don't rip off established characters and present it as all new material. Its like when Eddie Murphy released a classic stand up routine, that was copied almost verbatim by that ridiculous indian comic, whatever the **** his name is, some 20 years later.
I can't say I'm bummed that Fantastic Four tanked either, and that ****ing Ghostbusters All Girl Edition enrages me.:fire Its actually patronizing that Hollywood does that, and I agree wholeheartedly, Hollywood has completely run out of new ideas. Try to come up with some new ones, it can't be that hard. If they want to make a Black superhero movie, there's Luke Cage, Black Panther, Dethlok, Blade, there's plenty of material to make movies out of other than that as well.
Another Spawn movie as well.... I agree Hollywood is out of ideas, hence why they remake movie after movie, and try to be edgy and politically correct.
You should track it down its quite good, I forgot exactly what its about but its Chuck and a girl on the run from bad guys of some sort and they have very good chemistry and not in a ***ual way either, but more friendly father daughter type.
Great idea the first Spawn sucked ass, bad, I hated it, and I was really looking forward to it, and wanted to like it, since I was a big fan of the comic as a teen. I think the director was a first time director and it showed.
Yeah my movie watching habit has began to taper off as well lately because of the damn internet.:-( I've been trying to do double duty though, which is harder than it appears to be.atsch
The internet is poison. It's great in many respects but it will destroy our species one day or rather get us to do its dirty work for it. :yep I wasn't designed to do more than one thing at a time. Try to get me to do two and I get angry very quickly. Don't talk to me when you can see I'm on the phone as well. :fire
