Of course not. Wilder can fight, just not with the WBC title on the line. He has until Jan 16 or he should be stripped per WBC rules. Let him pick another bum, but stop holding the belt hostage and pretending to be a big deal.

Povetkin and his team are probably planning the fight for april or may, let's hope Wilder's management won't convince him to drop the title instead of taking the fight in Russia.

I'm also glad Sasha is willing to have a rematch with Wlad after that 12 rounds of disaster. That means Wlad will have the chance to become the undisputed champion if Povetkin wins the title.

If Wilder has to go East, the only fight that he should ever take is the Wlad K fight. Fighting anyone else is just a waste of time. If Povetkins team forces a purse bid, I'll call him the biggest ***** in the sport.

Povetkin will lay Wilder out nice and stiff.

Wilder will be shook when Povetkins team wins the purse bid and forces a venue in Moscow.
