Povetkin is all wrong for Wilder, If we compare him to Wilders previous opponets. He is much more athletic, faster footwork, and skillful than B-ware Stiverne. Povetkin also hits 2x harder than Eric Molina, who almost caught Wilder in 3rd round. Povetkin KO2.

...after having eaten like a million shots from the most powerful heavyweight around.

No, Povetkin's shortcoming is his size. He's the best heavyweight around 6'2- nobody can survive him in that size range, but tall boxers fighting at distance can completely tame and control him with ease.

Povetkin can't fight tall boxers. He has showed he has no clue what to do.

He's also maybe too heavy for that style, and has stamina troubles.

Wilder might actually have more than a chance against Povetkin :bart

How can you claim Wilder barely got past Stiverne and Molina?

I mean Wilder dominated and hurt Stiverne a couple of times.

Molina did catch Wilder with a good shot but still got beat up knocked down 4 times.

Christ almigthy. Wilder barely got past Scoiners. Povetkin might seriously injure him.

I am sick and tired of Deontay's nutsack cleaners bigging up the Stiverne victory. Stiverne is a fat guy who was much more convincingly beaten by Demetrice King. What Wilder did to him, Ray Austin almost did to him. When he overeats and doesn't train, he sucks. Wilder beat a fringe contender who held a paper championship from a corrupt organization.

If your guy is such a big shot, then why is scouring the corners of the earth looking for someone worse than Molina?

Please all of you nutsack cleaners, just stop. Your guy is a fraud who goes life and death with Harold Sconiers, gets knocked down by Dustin Nichols, gets rattled my Molina, takes nine rounds to knock out Molina who had lost twice in 1, and has to bring in a personal friend to take a dive as an eliminator. He is legitimately afraid not only of Povetkin, but at this point, to fight anyone with a pulse.

He is a fraud and he has been exposed. Molina, Scoiners, Stiverne...these kinds of names define who he is. He is not in the big boy's leauge with Wladdy and Povetkin.

Agreed, Wilder is the biggest fraud in boxing today. How on earth he got a shot at the WBC WeBeCrooks belt I'll never know. He probably has the most protected resume of a WBC champ I've seen in over 20 years of following boxing.

In 5 years his level of opposition isn't any greater than what a prospects would be after 1-2 years. He has a single decent victory over Stiverne and somehow he is the WBC champ, it's laughable. 3 fights ago he fought Jason Gavern someone who's had 20 losses and lost 10 by KO

Usually we call out a fighter on these forums if he's ducking direct competitors or not going for a unification, Wilder is literally ducking fighters in the TOP 50 of his weight division.

The thing is we all know the reason for this as well, he has an atrocious Glass Jaw and his handlers know this and are doing everything they can to protect him before they cash out on him.

There is NO WAY that Wilder fights anybody like Povetkin.

Wilder was knocked down by featherfisted journeyman Sconiers, blown out of the water by a Russian CW half his size in the amateurs(closer to a LHW in size than a real CW ) Badly stunned by Molina, and briefly stunned by a Firtha jab. Wilder is a joke.

I don't believe he was. He only went down once against Wlad from a punch and it was a left hook to the head.

    :rofl

Yep, Povetkin will very likely destroy Wilder. One of his uppercuts and they will have to hire a crane truck to pick the glass out of the roof ....
