Povetkin should have no problem with Vitali looking at his glove, unless he plans on loading them like Wach did. If not for Vitali, Wach may have gotten away with that crap. Vitali has more boxing knowledge than anyone in K2, including Wladimir, who better to supervise someone?

It appears that Povetkin will try to cheat anyway he can. Povetkin is afraid of Vlad and has been for years. Teddy Atlas told Povetkin that he could not beat Vlad. So................loading Povetkin's gloves, drugging Vlad's food/water, cheating on the drug tests and who knows what else the Russians will try to do. One thing is for certain, Povetkin has no chance Vs. Vlad unless he can somehow cheat, and I mean major cheating. Something smells. How can Vlad get food and watch that it is not drugged in Russia? The person who has offered huge money will not allow a fair fight for sure. Vlad needs a food/water taster like the Kings did in the old days. Vlad needs to bring his own food and water, have Vitali to watch the glove wrapping, etc., and watch out for the referee and judges. In a fair fight, Vlad will knock Povetkin out and I mean out!!!!!!! Vlad must not drink the water provided to him in Moscow, nor eat the food. I remember what happened in the first Brewster fight....................................but no need to go there.................just look out for the present and future...............why do you think so much money was offered? If Chef prepares Vlad's food, then he must watch out from where the food and water comes from. Povetkin's team is going to use every single advantage possible and imaginable, from every kind of known peds to loading gloves/removing parts, including probably ( surely, they are russians) poisoning food, water and even air...
I just realized the more probable reason for the anti-doping agency controversy: a russian agency would have surely came out with invented positive tests about Volo, IF Povetkin woudn't have been able to beat him roided to the eyeballs and with modified gloves.

But regarding the wrapping question, i firmly think gloves should always be wrapped on the ring, prior the fight.
