Povetkin's manager Hrunov
on a scandalous photoshop image of David Haye, holding Wladimir Klitschko’s severed head in “Men’s Health” UK magazine.:
“David Haye is a teenager. That was a stupid joke and that was very disrespectful and foolish of him to challenge Klitschko brothers in such a way. Wladimir is a great sportsman and he should be treated accordingly. Our camp will never allow such things to happen between Alexander and any of his opponents, including the Klitschkos. No way!”

Scandalous lol.

Most of these people probably don't get the 'David' reference in the photo and think that Carravaggio is an Italian middleweight with a padded record....

Yes he painted the picture of 'David with the severed head of Goliath' that is clearly referenced by the photoshoot of 'David' Haye holding the severed head of the 'giant' Klitschko.

This has clearly gone completely over the head of anyone who describes the photo as a 'stupid teenage joke'.

How embarrasing for Hrunov.

Pity Povetkin fights are boring as hell and he has no power so nobody cares about him.

Ehm, what are you talking about.. he's a decent heavyweight in terms of excitement, he brings it.. come forward style.

Can't really blame him for being boring.

I thought the magazine cover was hilarious, especially Vitalis reaction to it.

I hope Haye blasts his head off.

So that picture is 100% fair and a great way to promote a fight?

I know that Haye is bringing some much needed attention and entertainment to a lacking division but your blind support to any British fighter(or close to it) is laughable.

He is nowhere near Haye exciting, he is just a good amatuer and thats all he will ever be, he is destined to be a nobody in the pro game, he'll get his Klitschko fight and vanish like the rest of those bums.

He's already somebody in the pro game you stupid twat :rofl

Why did you bring up the excitement thing when Povetkin clearly did not bash on Haye's performances, just his lack of sportsmanship.
Keep thinking he's not exciting, fact is.. he's one of the more exciting heavyweights around :deal

Haye will get a billion coolness points if he enters the ring against Vitali with a catapault in one hand.

A "good" amateur?, are you crazy?

He's one of the greatest heavyweight amateurs ever, one of the most successful by far. Haye was a "good" amateur, Povetkin is a great one.

Also, how the hell do you know he's destined to be a nobody?, because they said that Haye is acting like a teenager, which he obviously is, means Povetkin will have no future in the pros?

Your posts are laughable man though this is over the line. Just take a look at his resume at heavyweight and look at how many fights he had. This guy started to rise in the rankings fighting guys like Friday Ahunaya who are WAY more experienced. Haye didn't look impressive in his last HW fight at all.

I'm a fan of Haye but some of the British fans around here are just ******ed.

It's rather silly, Povetkin is a real fighter, anyone that knows boxing history knows he is for real, he's there for the challenge. His amatuer pedigree speaks for itself, he's one of the greatest amatuers of all times like you said.. noone can deny it.

Everytime a British heavyweight comes a long, he's the G.O.A.T all of a sudden without any accomplishments. In fact, Povetkin is a far more accomplished heavyweight.

:good
