Povetkin's camp on Haye

Yep i can it already, a giant one over his shoulder, come on the hayemaker!

 

Povetkin vs Haye would be a very competetive fight.

 

It's a fairly witty reference to a well known work of art, portraying Haye as the young out-gunned challenger vanquishing the unbeatable giant.

The faux shock from people who don't get the reference is laughable.

 

Well no duh Povetkin is the more accomplished HW, Haye only has two fights there

But Hayes credentials including Cruiserweight beating Mormeck, Enzo, Barrett, Fragomenni put his resume just as good if not better than Povetkins. Lets not make "Fast" Eddie Chambers into something he isn't here.

 

If tyson, Hopkins or someone like that did it - it'd be really funny etc. etc.

I imagine once most people find out the real references and reasons behind the picture - they'll feel really stupid, yet would rather continue to look stupid in public than actually admit it.

EVEN without the reference to D & G, it's still amusing, and not really that tasteless. There's been far worse that never really gets mentioned/criticised, all passed off as part of the character of the fighter and then reveres said fighter for it.

 

Thing is, like uppercut said.. Povetkin is destined to be a "nobody" in the heavyweight game, he's already somebody for crying out loud.

It's like he's making Haye out to be so much better at this point that Povetkin should be forgotten about, thrown in the bin and never be given the chance to compete for the titles.:dead

 

oh ****. let's not make enzo, barrett, or Fraggo into something they aren't. The only legit top tier fighter Haye's ever fought is Mormeck.

 

Spot on, and Mormeck almost had him.. people forget that.

 

No they weren't ATGs but Enzo was a titlist and Fraggo just won the WBC title. They're better than anyone Povetkin faced except maybe Chambers.

 

never. that's utter bull**** and you know it. H2H I'd pick Byrd (at the time Povetkin beat him), Friday, Donald, and Chambers over either of those 2 chumps.

 

Byrd was horrible when he fought Povetkin. No offense to Povetkin, he did what he had to but he didn't have anywhere near the rapidfire flurries he used to have.

Friday better than Fraggo and Enzo? That's debatable to say the least, Friday is good when on his A game but he has too many fights where he's on his C level.

Donald was inactive for two years and 40 years old. Good win for a fighter on his way up but nothing more.

Chambers is better than Fraggo and Enzo and I already pretty much said that. He's the only real quality win Povetkin has at this stage though and I don't know if it's better than Mormeck.

 

My word, wont some of you get a sense of humour, the picture was just a bit of a joke, anyone who says their appalled by it or whatever needs to get a sense of humour.

Who cares what Povetkin thinks about it he's probably got the same sense of humour as Vitali and half you ******s on here, ie none.

Plus Povetkin is cack, slow arsed plodding lump with no power, would get murdered by the Klitschsko's.
