Povetkin's chanses against Wlad

    I personally don't see how Povetkin is gonna beat Wlad. He is a lesser boxer is not as quick or as powerfull as Wlad.I think his chin is gonna get tested in his next fight and if it doesn't hold is gonna get bombed out of there within 6 rounds.In a fight with Wlad he can't afford to take the shots he took against Chambers.

    He would have very little chance against Wlad unless he tightens up his defence significantly.

    I didn't see the fight but gauging by what people have said on here it would seem the Klitschko fight may come a little soon for him.

    Plenty of threads like this already running by the way.;)

    It's too soon for Povetkin. I hope he stays away..............for the time being.

    I'd say Povetkin's chances are less than 25% since this is Heavyweight boxing & anything can happen. I just don't see Wlad letting Alex inside to land those quick little combos.

    While Povetkin certainly has heart he's abit to rough around the edges...
    I think It would be very difficult for Povetkin to go the distance with Wlad right now..
    Wlad is too powerful, and mechanically polished
    I think Wlad would 1 2 him till his eyes swell shut

    I agree, if Chambers would have been more active, he might could have KO'ed Povetkin. Povetkin was tired as hell. Big ups to him though, he showed heart.
