    It could happen.

Or a floodlight could fall from the rigging and land on joshuas head

I get this, but its a little out of date now for Wlad, I think the Wlad that pushed Joshua beats anyone and has a chance if they had rematched, but its a while now since that fight, his timing and shot resistance would've kept getting older. Povetkin imo is not a threat and maybe prime he wouldn't be as much a threat either..Hes small, and the fella that struggled bad with the cruiser(forget his name) gets beat easy by Joshua, Parker was more of a threat imo

I don't give Povetkin much of a chance. I think his style will see a far more entertaining fight than takam or Parker and he might get in some good shots before going down but he won't take Joshua to the brink like Wlad did.

I don't think Povetkin should be the betting favorite but still Joshua was nearly KOed by Klitschko whose KO streak had cooled off significantly as he aged. I give AP a one-in-three chance of beating Joshua.

povetkin is far from a shot fighter at age 38 .....and his left hook is as dangerous as ......k ....hes more dangerous then chicken legs wilder ...anything can happen in boxing and povetkin does have a shot to win but i wouldnt bet the house on it...anthony joshua 9 rd tko....joshua better have his head on straight for povetkin who is very dangerous(as for wilder look for him not to fight breezele as he stated he will fight sumbody we have never heard of

I don't think Povetkin looked much different in the Price fight than he had before. I'm sure he's slowing down at his age, but he never looked that great in a lot of his earlier fights either until he suddenly, and suspiciously, started knocking guys out with power he had never shown before. Joshua didn't look good last time out, but I'm looking forward to how he fights next considering his stamina issues. I hope he doesn't become a boring saftey first type fighter, but he does have to slow down fights and learn how to best pace himself. Klitchko had similar problems and it cost him against guys that weren't in his league.

The Povetkin-Price fight went about the same as I expected. I had a feeling Price would do better than most expected, but I didn't think he would win. Price is a big and powerful guy with some skill, even though he never lived up to his expectations. He seemed confident and motivated about the opportunity he had against Povetkin, free from the pressure he faced in earlier fights. Price has some dangerous tools, but his weaknesses are to easy to exploit if he can't get the knockout early. I think Povetkin looked okay and did what he needed against a dangerous, but limited tune-up fight. I see him putting up a decent fight against Joshua that test both of their stamina, but I've never been all that impressed with Povetkin even though he's got a great record against good competition.
