What does this make Foreman's(45 year old) win over Moorer, Archie Moore's(43 year old) win over Durelle, B-Hop's(46 year old, in his opponents backyard) win over Pascal?

This is closer to Fırat Arslan's performance against Huck(who got a gift in their first fight when Fırat was 42), but not as impressive. Whyte is just not that good.

That uppercut would have KO’d a horse lad.

Whyte's always looked sloppy and malcoordinated. Yet he still has wins over Parker, Rivas, Chisora, Browne, and Helenius. He's a bit like Froch, someone who looks poor on the eye test but still gets the win over men who should, on paper, obliterate him.

He was certainly predicted by the majority of posters on here to beat Povetkin, and despite losing dropped Povetkin twice, the second time hard. It was an excellent win for Povetkin, not least because of his age and the manner of his victory, but due to the fact that he beat a prime top ten fighter who was top ten not due to manipulation of the rankings but because he beat other top ten fighters to get there. Whyte might not have looked pretty, but neither did Foreman, Marciano, Vitali, loads of guys who were way better than casual appearances suggested. Whyte isn't in their company of course, but he's certainly no scrub. Else half the top ten are scrubs, and the rest are scrub beaters. Clearly not the case, no matter how poor you think the current division is.

Whyte at best is a B - fighter, Povetkin at this age is around C+. Lest we forget he was getting his azz handed to him when he hit a guy with a sub par chin.

If Whyte's not that good then neither is Parker and neither is Ruiz. Neither is Rivas who beat Jennings who's Ortiz's best victory who's Wilder's best victory. Helenius and Kownacki are no good, neither is Chisora or Takam. Who's actually left?

Average compared to whom? How's anyone who's in the top ten average?

Hardly average if they're top 10!

You clearly can't see the gap between the top couple in Comparisom to the lower tier fighters then can you.
Most of the top 10 are bang average fighters, it's just the pool isn't that deep.

It's full of dillian types, average!

So that knock out made you that excited? How was his victory any better than George Foreman's KO's over Cooney and Moore at 42 and 45 years old? He popped dirty twice. No one cheated him, he was doing the cheating. Stop it with the ATG nonsense. Its crazy how the guy yesterday was banned for simply stating that Povetkin landed a lucky punch when these EE fanboy/AA hater threads get passes all day.
