Power Punchers vs Counter punchers

    You will get more people saying counter punching due to the main guy who does this is Floyd , but in reality it is those who have better timing.

    Floyd used to be a power puncher in his early career and it didnt hurt him there.

    And not being able to get hit, while at the same time being able to hit their opponent.

    but those who have better timing is basically in sync with counter punching.

    I dont think so, i look at a classic power puncher in Gerald McClellen, his timing was off the scale.

    Also Floyd was a power puncher in his younger years and adapted to this counter puncher as he went through the weights.

    I think counter punchers generally have longer careers compared to power punchers, down side is a lot of them don't become as popular.
