PPV buyrates?

    is there a site that keeps track of how many buys each boxing PPV gets?

    I'm intrested as well. I wish that a boxer's secuess was not mesured on his PPV sales as it seemes to be sometimes.

    There's no such thing as a reliable source for PPV buys because those who are responsible for giving out the numbers (HBO or the promoter like Bob Arum) usually make the numbers round to 100Ks or 50Ks and make them look better then they actually are almost all the time. Arum is well known for simply lying about the numbers, but I wouldn't trust HBO's press releases either.

    Only Corporations which offer public investors as share holders will offer true PPV figures.HBO(Time Warner) and Showtime(Viacom) would be included in this.UFC is privately owned by Zuffa(The Fertita Bros.) and therefor do not have to submit their figures to the public.:deal
