Disagree for the simple fact that cable infrastructure are no where near they are compared to now. In many suburban and rural areas, you had no choice. And hot boxes where not as popular (and looked down upon) in less dense areas. Today, ever household has cable or personal satellite service.

DOM79, what are the point of your current threads? We all know Boxing is not doing as well as back in the 80-90s mainly due the health of the of the heavyweight division. Also, you really cannot compare heavyweights to non heavyweights in their drawing ability (that is why they usually say non-heavyweight). What is interesting though is the heavyweight division is so bad right now that PBF and Pac are shattering PPV records while the heavyweight champ cannot even get onto HBO . . . Heavies today are a joke
