PPV? GTFO of here. Who is actually paying for this?

I have to say that the undercard is garbage. Postol/Crawford should be commended for fighting each other, but at the same time neither of these guys are household names so I expect it to bomb. At least little g was pulling consistent numbers so a PPV was somewhat justified even though his opponent was a joke.

 

any decent fights on the undercard? i seen they wanted sixty bucks and thought better of buying it. no single fight is worth more than thirty, tops.

 

The undercard fights aren't bad for regular HBO. But for a PPV fight it's awful.

Valdez is fighting some undefeated argentinian, and Gvozdyk is fighting Karpency.

if it were thirty bucks id buy it then. as far as i've seen, all ppv cards are awful for years now. in the nineties they used to have multiple title fights on one card. even then, most people stole them with converters.

 

Nah I think you can justify a Crawford/Postol PPV if you stack the undercards. Give us Valdez against a top FW, unfortunately guys like LSC and Frampton are busy, and so are Mares/Cuellar, but someone like that or a Selby, and Gvozdyk vs an Alvarez, maybe even Joe Smith Jr(though obviously he just fought).
