manny losing hurt this alot with no superfight to look forward to floyds fights are less attractive to casuals now
but..but I thought Floyd was the cash cow? If he can't outsell (or barely outsell) Pac Clottey or Pac Bradley whats thats gonna do for your argument that Floyd is a way bigger draw then Pac?
with Canelo vs. Trout on the card it would have been much better for Floyd The gingers disdain might just **** Floyd off enough to get him to fight him.
You guys defending Mayweather are stupid. Even ESPN of all networks saw this fight as a cherry-pick. They were repeating that **** all Monday morning. Talking about Floyd's win was less than that of a horse. The casuals aren't idiots and don't pay for **** fights like the *****s do.
https://twitter.com/StephenEspinoza You need better sources "@danrafaelespn: If Mayweather PPV does <1M, heavy losses for Showtime. My sources say breakeven was 1.1 -1.2M buys
promotion for casuals was not weak. he had a 30 min cbs special aimed a casuals. The fight had a commerical aired on every commercial segment of the nba playoffs and was branding guerrerro as the 'Hard hitting Giant Killer" LOL:rofl This fight was hyped and aimed at the casual fan because real boxing fans were not buying into it.
I guess it will have to be either Cotto, Garcia, Martinez, Canelo if he wants to crack a million PPV's.
:yep I know who the **** did they think they were fooling, lets face it the promotion was not aimed at traditional casuals this fight was aimed to sell the Mayweather casuals who pretend to be fans:hi:
He still is the cash cow. No one else is doing numbers like him. The Guerrero fight didn't change anything. I said bigger draw than Pac not way bigger and that is clear.:deal
LOL maybe your right, but now maybe mayweather will fight canelo or trout or even pac if he cant crack 1million buys fighting b class opposition
