if you add in theater ticket sales like what they've done before, of course that's preposterous. i think all in all, they got a mil, 1 mil below Schaffer's prediction.
The fricken Swiss banker and HBO are protecting their investments so they are as reliable as Arum. Let's wait and see while machinations--errr, accounting, i meant--are underway. Must've been a hell of a job taking all these 3 weeks. :-(
they dont add theater tickets totally different thing stop with the BS but the theater tickets are up 30 % from the mosley fight
Just follow Floyd on twitter. If he is in a good mood and spending money like a ****** it did good. If not, then it did bad. It beat Pac/Marquez Trois....lmao already no matter what. So
Mayweather/Marquez: Fight date: Sept. 19, 2009 HBO released official numbers : Sept. 25, 2009 (6 days) Mayweather/Mosley: Fight date: May 1, 2010 HBO released official numbers: May 10, 2010 (9 days) Floyd/Ortiz: Fight date: Sept.17, 2011 HBO released official numbers: ...........................................................Its October 8 and stll counting It was a BIG FLOP!!! for the PPV Queen.
Aren't the numbers instantaneous? You know, it's all electronic and ****. It's not like there's some bookie in a dark room whose wearing a cap and counting stubs... lol.
I have a simple solution, add up all the money you got from the fight, hen divide by the cost of the ppv. Easy. I could do that in a few seconds with the **** calc on my phone.
That shits not PPV. And btw, they know those numbers already. It's not like movie theatres and bars are calling up last minute to order the fight. And if they can get weekend gross numbers on opening weekend films by Monday, how the **** can't they in 3 weeks?
If its taking this long. I bet its Under a Million PPV buys. It never takes this long. There hiding something.
