I myself despise the PPV aspect of "The Big Fights", mostly because I am a tight wad who finds it hard to part ways with my money (unless it is after midnight and I am at the bar so my bank statements tell me)......but that is besides the point. Please check fighter bias at the door. I think this Saturday's PPV provides great value for the price, and if we as boxing fans HAVE to deal with paying for the big fights, then I at least respect the promoters for stacking the card with potentially entertaining bouts. What other card in recent memory had this much potential for entertainment for the cost? Secondly, if we cry about having to pay PPV $$, what other options do we really have? Can it ever go back to the way it was before?
