by double i mean double end. I did my workout today and the thing with it is, i find myself just working hard on the heavy bag but more on just work rate, hitting the bag throwing combos , moving around and such. Working alot on power punching to increase power. But after 3 basic rounds of the double end bag of the usual doing sort of the same thing as the hb i do more going through the motions type things. Like practicing new combos with slipping, weaving and keeping up a good rhythym with trying not to miss. I find it much easier to practice more creative combos and things you want to practice while the heavy is just to put in the work you already know except it limits you from doing certain things. Give you a couple, if you have a h/Bag with Ring on the bottom, tie elastic too it. Make sure, you stand 6" from it with your Jab out. Now connect it too your Ankle. Now start working the Bag, it puts a whole new meaning to it. On the Top and Bottom Ball, get up close, and by moving the Feet, Just move it with your Shoulders and Head. Oh H/Bag one,. its to your Back Foot.
