Initially, I thought he was acting, but having watched the specific punch over and over again, I am not so convinced. I think he may be seriously hurt.

Lets hope and pray he can go home to his family and kids, he seems a good father to his kids and thats whats important right now.

As for jumping on Abraham, I think we should give him the benefit of the doubt, how many times in the past hasnt a fighter thrown a punch when the other guy was slipping? I think it may have been intentional, but when Arthur collects his wisdom I think he will regret doing it, and I think it was kind of in the heat of the moment.

Hope Dirrell will be okay. :-(

I did think Dirrell was acting but, I just hope he's okay.

As far as Abraham, he clearly saw Dirrell down and it wasn't from a combination of punches, there was a sort of a pause before he unloaded that punch, so definitely a DQ.

    A DQ, most definitely.

It was similar to what Barrera did to JMM, and what Pacquiao did to JMM.

So all in all, this stuff happens.
I'm still a fan of Abraham, and I thought he was coming on, I actually think he was going to get the KO, he started pinning Dirrell down like he does and started getting heated up.

But hope we'll see this again, and hope we'll see Dirrell back in form.

He's laughing all the way to the bank. He should win a Razzie for that performance. Screaming like a *****. What a disgrace.

Get down on one knee and take a punch to the side of your head and try to put on an acting performance like that. You're seriously a ****ing piece of ****, who gives this board a bad name.:-(

I have to agree. I was positive he was faking then after a few replays i changed my point of view. Hope Dirrell is okay. But i do think Abraham was catching up to him and would have found the K.O.

My pride wouldn't allow me to "slip" then feign a KO. Even if I was in the ring I wouldn't disgrace myself in that manner. It was a total charade. You are the disgrace for being gullible to this WWE-esque nonsense.:lol::rofl:rofl

Anyone who believes Dirrell wasn't acting are completely deluded.

Anyway, he deserves the win regardless.

I thought he was acting as well, but the replay shows it snapping his head and landing on the jaw. And the crying and wailing afterwards seemed girly even for Dirrell, so I think it was legit. I hope he's alright, but it doesn't lower my estimation of Abraham even slightly. **** happens in there.

I hope Dirrell is ok. What Abraham did was clearly intentional to hurt a man that outclassing him against whom he knew he had no chance. Its not like Abraham was in the middle of the throwing punches, he paused contemplated and threw an intentional punch. What Abraham was criminal and cowardly.

People who think Dirrell was acting are dumb as ****. Dirrell wanted a conclusive win and that coward took his opportunity away from, Dirrell thought he got knocked out and lost. I hope he is okay and he doesn't read boxing forums, so many ****ing idiots without the ability to think logically, I think I might leave these forums. Congratulations to Dirrell.

I agree, that was no accident. Dirrell outclassed Abraham for the majority of the fight anyways.
