Yeah, I liked Snipes and Snipes was still in good shape just had lost his reflexes. I never seriously bought Garcia. Dee Collier had KO'd him before the Tuesday Night Fight Train started the hype around him.
Forget that 'San Fer' tattoo, it's his mullet that struck fear in the hearts of Tuesday Night Fight jobbers. Should have cashed out against Foreman when he had the chance.
I didn't know what to think about him. I did think that a good fighter might expose his skills since he was too stand up and he had a good jab, but he had no head movement. He was also a little too cocky thinking he was great for not having proved anything yet. He is lucky he never fought Lennox because that fight would have gone 1 or 2. Witherspoon and Bowe lasted into the midrounds.
I was not! Pro boxing is very different than amateur boxing. I wasn't surprised at all at how easily he was beat by Bowe and Witherspoon. I really would have liked a Bowe vs. Witherspoon fight following Witherspoon's win over Gonzalez btw.
