Hard to say for sure. Klitschko should win. But, a Corrie Sanders style blowout is not really out of the question here. If Cooney lands that left hook, Wlad is probably finished.
The thing is Cooney isn't bringing to the table the speed and combination ability of Sanders, he's not likely to blow anyone out, as Wlad doesn't seem one-punch vulnerable, despite being indeed fairly vulnerable for a long-reigning champion. Wlad probably puts it on him and devastates him fairly early.
