    Canelo and Mayweather never fight.

    Donaire fights Rico Ramos next.

    JMM retires. Pac doesn't.

    Maidana never regains his status.

Garcia, Devon Alexander, and Vazquez quietly keep winning.

    Martinez loses his title.

Boxing on network TV has success.

    Javier Fortuna wins a title.

Trout, Malik Scott, Odlanier Solis, Spadafora and Dimitry Pirog fail to get meaningful fights.

Comeback of the year: Danny Jacobs

    Fighter of the year: Gamboa.

Chavez Vs. Martinez III will be announced as Sergio's farewell fight.
(As it would complete his 3 fight contract)
^Chavez II being the fight Sergio gets KTFO in.

50 throws him in the biggest fights possible and Gamboa finds a way to not lose any of them.

I said Vargas would never have another signifcant win after castillejo, and he didnt
I said Taylor would never have another significant win after Abraham, and to this day he hasnt

I hate to say it, but my prediction is that Pac does not get another real significant win (beating a top 5 guy whos not obviously out of his league, example : Malignaggi may be a top 5 guy technically, but hes not the type of significant win im talking about) from here on out unless he fights Rios this year.

So basically what Im saying is I think Pacs days of being a top p4p guy are done. People say Im overreacting, ect, ect, ect. But they said the same thing to me when I said it about Vargas and Taylor, and I was right then.

And this is not personal against Pac, I like Pac a lot, (which is why I hope he retires this year) its just the way I see it. And its not 'just' this fight, Ive been seeing his decline since the Mosley fight at least, in which I even made a thread about it. The Bradley fight was a huge sign, there is no way Bradley would have lasted with a 2007, 2008 Pac.

I hope Pac proves me wrong, but I also hope hes able to prove me wrong, and still retire soon.

Cotto hangs on too long and takes a cash out fight against Canelo. (I really hope I'm wrong)

Mayweather fights Guerrero in May, then shuts down for the year.
