    he has recently said he wants Mayweather to be his third fight at welterweight.

    Who will be his first and second fights?

    The real question should be predict Floyd's next opponent before he fights Khan? Answer should be Judge and Vacation. :good

    dont know one fight will be in the UK one fight will be in the US though. SO probably some no named British fighter. I would like to see him fight Victor Ortiz

    if he was going to fight Ortiz, I think it would happen for his first fight

    fighting an orthodox before he faces Floyd would be better preparation than a southpaw

    I think it'll be Matthew Hatton or Kell Brook in March/April; taking place in the UK.

    Then back to the US in July against Berto.

    And then he'll get his mega payday (and second professional loss) against Floyd in November/December.

    Let's not just assume he wins his first 2 at welter, Khan has problems with guys who arent smaller and are easily bullied by his speed and size, welters are big strong guys. would he be favourite against those guys? yes, absolutly. Foregone conclusion? absolutely not... he beats Peterson comfortably though

    Yeah, that's the only mistake I made, there.

    We still don't know if Khan'll be the same force at 147 that he's been at 140. I actually think he'd lose to the likes of Berto and Ortiz.

    Doubt it'd be Hatton but Kell Brook is definately a good call. Probably Ortiz after Brook (presuming Ortiz wins his next fights).

    Meaning, he'd be scheduled to fight Mayweather early 2013. Personally, I wouldn't rule Khan out of winning. Right now, I'd give him a 20% chance, who knows how he's going to look at 147.

    Ortiz/Berto will definitely be one, leaning more towards Berto since he can get a title from that fight. Kell Brook isn't a bad call either.

    One problem with Kell Brook, though, is the promoter he's assigned to. Khan, in a recent interview, made it clear how he felt towards Eddie Hearn; saying he would never do business with him again due to the way he behaved towards him in the McCloskey fight. And to be fair to him, I can understand why he would feel this way. Hearn was being a bit of dick to him and his team.
