My attempt Dec 24 - UD Loss to Usyk May 25 - KO Loss to AJ Dec 25 - KO Loss to AJ Retirement 34-4-1 saying the Wilder trilogy took it out of himself and Wilder.
I think Fury is losing a bit of his motivation and will, which is normal. He has had a long enough career now, and he lacks a certain power to fall back on, so when he degrades he will likely have tougher fights and have to draw on heart in a way someone with power might not have to. With this said, I think he is going to have to self motivate himself to continue to win. It will take a lot and prove how great he really is.
Over the next 18 months Tyson Fury will solve the world's drug crisis by snorting all of the available coke and leaving none for anybody else.
I'm sure Fury himself doesn't know what the next 18 months looks like. Hearn is still pushing hard for Fury-Joshua after the rematch.
If Fury loses to Usyk I hope he still beats aj just to show how far down the pedestal the bodybuilder is
I think a loss to Usyk in the rematch and then probably a big farewell money-spinner against AJ. Wouldn't surprise me though if he opted instead for a crossover or misfits style fight or two ... I think he loves the limelight but is obviously hampered by not top of the boxing tree any more.
Assuming the Usyk rematch happens, I'd predict Fury retires permanently afterwards. If he beats Usyk I think Fury will want to go out on a victory. If he loses, I just don't believe he has another gruelling training camp in him, either for a Usyk trilogy or any other opponent.
Work towards getting fitter. Realize he can't get any fitter. Find excuse to delay the fight. And another. Back down from the rematch and retire. Binge.
