Take the poll. I think realistic choices would be... Uysk Joyce Wilder 4 Joshua Ruiz (should he beat Wilder) Whyte II Dubois Blast from the past fight (Either Kilt brother, Haye, George Foreman, Holyfield...) Some bum other bum (Charr, Kabeyal,Rivas...etc). Retire again
I’d say 50% chance of him having ‘mental health issues’ and go on a 3 month bender. Lay the blame on that. Along with some bull**** about Usyk being difficult in negotiations. Then Retire. Then 50% chance of demanding 60/40 for the Usyk unification fight not thinking Usyk signs off on it. He does. Then embarrasses Fury completely out boxing him making him trip over his own feet with his angles. John Fury has a meltdown post fight cursing the judges.
He says he won't fight for the IBF belt, now he says he needs surgery on his hand. He doesn't want to fight Usyk. I'd like to see him fight Joyce, Joshua or Dubois, but he's afraid of them so he'll likely retire again, and several months later fight Charr.
I’d like to see Whyte 2, there’s unfinished business there, plus it’s obvious no one else is willing to fight him. Should be a stadium fight in spring next year
Joshua isn't going to box him any time soon and Fury knows it, so there's literally nobody else worth him getting out of bed for besides Usyk and Joyce. If he wasn't in pursuit of those bouts, he'd have maintained the appearance of a retired fighter.
AJ... becoming relevant for Furys legacy, and relevant to AJ to revive his career. This HUUUGE fight needs to happen. In an era when Brittish heavyweights domminate on the world stage, Fury HAS to defeat all of them to lay any claim to being amongst the ATGs. Because right now, he isnt in the conversation. .
Fury needs to retire already. He keeps fighting same people over and over again. Because of fighters like Fury boxing is becoming a small niche sport like armwrestling.
