    Damm, he looks much better, younger and with more energy.
    The beard looks good to him;)

    I think he will be around 240.

    Those recent pics make it look like he's down around the low 240's. Maybe even lower (upper 230's). Well I'll be damned; Solis looks like he's taken this fight seriously. :smoke

    Guess Vitali will be sending Solis's favorite foods over to wherever he's staying for this week. Solis has GOT to remain disciplined. :D

    You can't tell from these pics, he is wearing a baggy sweater.

    He does look like he has lost some weight, but whether he is at 252 or 232 is impossible to tell.

    I am hoping he shows up in the low 240s and gives us a fight, but I expect to be disappointed at the scales.

    Exactly. There's also a week to lose more weight, maintain current weight, or gain weight. And stress can lead to excessive eating... :scaredas:

    Regardless, Solis is getting smashed. He'll come in his usual heavy self (250 imo). Likewise, if he comes in too light, he'll be lethargic.

    240 like some people are saying? How much of a difference would it really make? 230? He'll begin to feel the effects of weight loss. Sub-230? He'll be more geriatric than a Welterweight Oscar de la Hoya...

    About 250, he should be no more than 220 as a pro but that ship sailed years ago.
