I'd like to see Arreola, and I'd like to see it in LA, HBO would pick that up I'm certain. I don't give Aerrola much of a chance, but there is no doubt in my mind he would not stop trying to come forward and throw. So for as long as it lasts it would be a WAR!!!!

I've brought this one up before. If these 2 brothers were as smart as some think they are they could cash in like nobody's EVER seen before. Follow me on this one...They said they promised their mother they'd never fight each other. Yet, there would be no better fight to resurrect boxing's flagship division than Wlad v. Vitali. 2 accomplished giants standing toe to toe AND they're brothers? C'mon, you'd have housewives watching this **** all over the world! Take a page out of Vince McMahon's book and hype the **** out of this with some bogus family conflict (explain to Mama Klit that it's all a ruse-nothing to worry about) and stage a press conference with a heated altercation at the tables. As for the actual fight, they could play slap and jab and grab for 12 rounds (kinda like a normal Klitschko fight) so nobody gets hurt and the sport gets a shot in the arm. C'mon, the heavyweight division couldn't be much more of a sham than it already is.

I doubt Wladimir wants to fight Fury anytime soon. If Chisora pulls off the win against Fury then Wlad will fight him, most likely.

I see Fury-Chisora as 50/50 so hard to predict Wlad's next 3 fights.

If Chisora wins, then Chisora, Arreola, then Povetkin (or) Chagaev.

If Fury wins, then Arreola, Povetkin/Chagaev, and then Thompson.

Neither Chambers nor Goosen want a Wlad rematch, so I'm skeptical whether Chambers will actually fight Thompson. If Chambers vs Wlad is still a good fight in 2013 then maybe then.

Good post. They couldn't just "play" though, it would have to be a proper boxing match, minus the usual aggression of Vitali. Sticking purely to "jab & grab" boxing, Wlad can take a decision & be Undisputed Champion. However, would Vitali want to lose? I can see him turning up the pressure & getting serious if Wlad is out-boxing him clearly.

    Agree.

Arreola is a good possibility and I fight I'd like to see. Could be popular in the US as well.

Povetkin..whatever is left of this guy, I'd still like to see fight Wlad.

Chisora - Fury winner - Manny said he's not going to train someone to fight against Wlad, so Fury is out. Chisora will likely be in if he gets past Fury.

Helenius - Maybe. I get the idea he is being moved along slow. They want him to be experienced and ready to hold the title for a long time when he gets there. That being said, if he fights Wlad now he gets KTFO.

Vitali is going to force exchanges. I don't see Adamek surviving.

Haye will probably try to get Vitali. Haye doesn't deserve the shot or has zero chance of winning. However, Vitali may just do it to get a chance to beat that ass.

According to Chef, they tend to get competitive and serious, so they don't spar.

They do have styles made for each other though.

Wlad has the Steward/Lewis outside fight with the big jab/cross.

Vitali is awkward and mobile, breaks you down by forcing exchanges and not letting up the pressure.

I did see that Vitali-Wlad sparring video on youtube, in which they take it quite seriously indeed, so i see what you mean. Shame they promised their mum it would never happen, because it could still be a great fight now, despite the age of Vitali.

Well maybe Chambers takes the fight if the 'money is right' as he puts it. The money needs to be right since it's such a risky fight.

If Haye had won Saturday night the eliminator would already be announced or they'd already be hammering out the details as we speak.

Instead, Wlad is champ and nobody is likely to beat him in the next year. So for Goosen to make this fight, he is putting 2 of his best heavys in the ring with each other, and then the surviving heavy will be fed to Wlad. When its over (ie after Arreola gets KOed again too), Goosen's best heavyweights will each have 2 losses to a Klitschko on their records.

Potvekin has disappeared off the face of the earth.

Helenius has a good looking KO win on paper over Peter, but in reality is just a 15 fight novice.

Areola is a fat joke and already got beat up by Vitali.

Wlad dominated Chambers enough first time round, the same probably applies to Haye.

    Adamek will lose to Vitali.

Fury and Chisora have had less than 30 fights between them and both are many, many levels below Wlad.

Maybe Solis can come back and put some wins together.

Boytsov is young and unbeaten but has fought no one of note.

Basically there are no decent challanges left for Wlad.

Would they get even bigger purses than Holy-Tyson II? For that, Holy got a whopping $35million & Tyson got $30million (minus $3million post-fight for the bites)... & those values are in '97 Dollars.

I would give my left nut, they could put that in the purse if they wanted. As long as they fought and didnt spar the way through it.
