It would be a true "Superfight" like Lewis-Vitali, not a mismatch like those Heavyweight "Superfights" we had in 2002 & 2011. :good

    Boystov.

    Povetkin.

    Arreola.

    Helenius.

The rest aren't really on that level. And even if Chambers does beat Old Thompson, why would he want to fight Wladimir again? There'd be no point. He got schooled the first time round and was brutally KTFO in the final round. The same would just happen again, unless Wladimir slides pretty far. And even then, Wladimir would still probably win based on size and athleticism alone!

Boystov might be a fraud for all we know, since he hasn't fought anyone except unknown tomato can bums. He has never faced an opponent ranked in the top 10 of the Ring, or any top organisation (WBC, IBF, WBO, WBA) in his whole career. Boystov must fight some decent ranked fighters, to prove he is not a hypejob fraud.

kalasinn i don't agree with you that vitali would beat haye, let alone stop him.
wlad is way faster and a better technician than his brother and he had problems catching haye.yes,he was too cautious, but kevin johnson made vitali miss all night long, and haye has a way better defense.not to mention vitali doesn't hit hard these days,no way he will knock haye out who is hard to hit
anyway, how come you have wlad in your avatar?you were quite critical about him in recent months, and hyping and favoring haye?

First, either David Haye rematch or Tyson Fury

    Next, Chris Arreola

After that Robert Helenius or Alexander Poetkin might be ready. :yep

I never favoured Haye, i gave Haye a 20% underdog chance, & Wlad a 80% chance if you check my posting history. Vitali is not a huge puncher these days, but he does hit harder most, he literally shattered Briggs' facial bones. I don't think you can compared Haye to Kevin Johnson. Saftey Pin Johnson was there only to survive, being extremely negative against the ropes. He had no intention of winning at all, he was competely focused on avoiding punishment. At least Haye somewhat tried to beat Wlad, in round 3 & round 12. Wlad is faster & a better technician, but Vitali is a lot more aggressive in trying to punish his opponents, & he often throws more than twice as many punches. Where is your avatar ticar?

    Great big post. :good

I agree that Chisora & Thompson winning is better for boxing. However, i think Chisora would be even easier than fellow come-forward fighter Arreola to beat, but i know the "bad blood" would make it sell well. Wlad might have slightly improved since '08, & Thompson is now 39, but i agree he makes a slightly interesting fight with his power & size, whereas Chambers is featherfisted & at a huge stylistic disadvantage. Would Wlad try to KO Valuev? Or just out-box him in calm fashion? Perez i like as prospect, i wish he would get with Rooney. A Shot Tua fight for Wlad would be a gross disgusting mismatch, but i suppose it would be somewhat impressive being the first man to KO him.

you are right,i didn't mean you were favoring haye to win,i meant that you were cheering for haye and that you were critical about wlad, and after the fight you have wlad in your avatar?
johnson is a bum and yet he still made vitali miss all night long
haye would make vitali miss and vitali isn't as good as wlad defensively, haye would definitely tag him with some bombs
i see haye winning, too fast and elusive for vitali at this stage
i'm saying you, wlad had hard time taggin haye clean, vitali is gonna have a hard night landing anything.plus if he lands,he's not going to make any damage
i'm too lazy for avatar :rasta

Wladimir, in the first place, will probably fight his WBO or IBF mandatory. This means he'll fight Robert Helenius, Eddie Chambers or Tony Thompson. It also depends on who wins the mandatories.

Wladimir will probably wait for the WBA eliminator. And he will fight the WBA mandatory in one year (if he still has that belt in one year). That WBA mandatory could be Povetkin, Chagaev or Boytsov, depends on who wins the eliminator.

    Other options: Fury-Chisora winner, Arreola.

So, Wladimir will probably face some of this fighters in the next 18 months:

    -Robert Helenius
-Eddie Chambers (or Chambers/Thompson winner if both fight)
-Ruslan Chagaev (or the winner of the WBA eliminator)
    -Fury/Chisora winner
    -Chris Arreola

**Klitschko's camp will probably reject Povetkin as some kind of revenge.
