just some thoughts, who knows, I could be wrong about every damn fight but these are my thoughts on the whole thing and how it will turn out. I see a corrupt, filthy tournament filled with fouls, dishonesty, lies, false starts, fake outs, ****ery and foolishness. But I still love the idea of the tournament and I hope we have more tournaments I just hope they are better. right now Abe 3 Direll 2 Froch 2 Ward 2 Kessler 0 Green 0 rest of the fights round 2 froch / kessler refs won't allow froch to even frown at kessler kessler will light up froch with clean, effective boxing and finish him in 9 rounds by TKO, any time froch tries to rough him up he is going to get a warning Kessler 3 points ward / green green was brought in to protect ward not taylor, fight is in oakland, expect another farce with the ref crawling up green's ass when ward isn't billy goating - ward is a great talent and combine that with the fact that he knows he can foul all night and the ref will keep his opponent distracted, you've got ward picking up three points Ward KO 6 round 3 dirrell / ward This will end up in Oakland. Dirrell will get run out of the building, between Ward's style and class and fouling and the ref and the fans look for Dirrell to flop, fall, cry and scream when he sees he is getting jobbed, and lose a 12 rounder to his buddy, who will spare him the KO Ward 2 points. froch / abraham Abraham finished off what is left of Froch in a shockingly short affair especially for a slow starter like Abe. Abraham KO 3 kessler / green Green will at this point be dropped out of the tournament. Bika is brought in as a spoiler and Bika will lose a decision. Kessler 2 points point totals ward 7 abe 6 kessler 5 dirrell 2 froch 2 bika 0 green - out that means dirrell is out because froch won head to head I think but I am not sure. froch, though, will bow out after getting knocked out by both kessler and abraham. that means you got ward vs dirrell rematch abe vs kessler the ward/dirrell rematch won't be in oakland maybe it will be on the same card as abe/kessler in any event, ward will be, by this time so used to the hometown refs and the ability to foul, that it will give dirrell an advantage in the fight. However, his aura of invincibility and marketablity will be such that showtime doesn't want him to lose, and Dirrell will take a controversial L in a fight he probably wins 8 rounds to 4. in a chess match, kessler defeats abraham by decision the finals will be kessler vs ward there will be a ton of controversy and a massive promoter war about where this fight takes place who the judges are and the ref so much so that kessler will threaten to drop out of the tourney eventually everything will be settled and a neutral ref and judges and location will be found the fight will go back and forth for a few rounds before Kessler completely takes over and Ward finds himself without the help of a ref and an inablity to billy goat. Kessler will win this fight by knock out. Round 8. Ultimately, the entire tournament will be exposed as a glaring example of everything wrong with boxing. fouling, hometown judges, hometown refs, drama queen acting fighters, cheating outside the ring, cheating inside the ring, however, showtime will actually have the most deserving winner, Kessler and who will try to use that fact to erase the disgrace of the tournament. Since a lot of money was made with corruption, the corruption will continue. Goosen will look for more hometown fortresses for local fighters and fixed refs, more fighters will come in overweight like Guzman, and get rewarded with bigger paydays and more exposure.....chaos will reign, we will see more acting and more cheating, more fouling and more bull****. boxing will further splinter and Dana White will smile somewhere Kessler will fight Bute and he will beat him.
