Charlo looks intently across the ring, Canelo glares back. Neither man brakes the stair. Charlo does that dragging foot move while still staying in the same place. Canelo does that wierd thing with his mouth, kinda like a silent yell. Charlo yells LIONS ONLY! His crew starts yelling hell yeah, hooting and hollering. Everyone exits the ring except the ref and the 2 combatants. Canelo looks to the sky. Charlo pounds his gloves together. Everything goes silent, then DING DING. They both move to the center of the ring, circling each other. Charlo believing his speed is superior throws a lead right, which Canelo slips and counters with a tremendous left hook to Charlo's liver. Charlo let's out a noise like a hissing cat, then crumbles to the canvas, eyes bulging holding his side, writhing in agony. The ref reaches the count of 10 while Charlo is crawling on the canvas trying to take in air. It's all over in 18 seconds.

I think Charlo has a decent chance to win this fight, but even if he wins, he'll get robbed in the cards.

I believe that Charlo will be able to adapt to 168 rather easily. He is tall and he's got a decent size frame, so he will still be in good shape at 168. I don't believe there is much of a size difference. Canelo will be physically stronger and the better puncher obviously, but Charlo can move a bit and movers have traditionally given Canelo problems.

While I don't know what goes on behind the scenes of the Charlo camp, I do know that they've been studying the Mayweather fight and the Bivol fight, especially the Bivol fight given how recent it is. Charlo is going to try to adopt part of Bivol's gameplan. He knows Canelo combo to the body and there is no doubt he will try to counter with the left hand once Canelo goes to the body.

The question is how well stands up to Canelo's power and pressure. He need to tighten up his defense and use his feet for the first 4-5 rounds so Canelo can slow down enough for him to have a chance. If he can steal a few early rounds, he can defend well, he can win some of the later rounds.

I believe Canelo will likely win by decision or late TKO, but I can also see Charlo coming in with a gameplan, avoid Canelo's power and win 5-7 rounds in a fight that goes to decision.

Canelo calling Charlo out for being a pussie. Says he always talks **** but when they are face to face is nice and respectful.

Fairytales ocassionally happen in boxing. A Charlo win would rate as one.

All the logic says Canelo and probably comfortably.

    Canelo KO7.

Charlo will start slow to work off some of the ring rust. Canelo will start slow as well, applying pressure but not throwing with mean intentions. Charlo will start to find his timing and gain confidence in the mid rounds and you may even see him win a few, but Canelo will be slowly grinding him down until in the last few rounds when Charlo finally succumbs.

Canelo is gonna bust him up little by little due to superior skill set and may get a late round KO if he's lucky. UD is a more probable scenario since we all know canelo doesn't have the aggressiveness required to put the guy out of there early, even if he was a better fighter than his opponent

Dude, Charlo countered Lubin and put him out - you can't say Charlo can't counter. He may struggle backing up against the pedded wranger, but it is not certain how he will react. Pillow fisted Castano was causing him lots of problems, so he's going to need to keep Canelo off him with some pop in his punches or he's going to be in a world of pain. Can't see Charlo getting a decision in this one.
