I think he needs to take it to Joshua from the start. No one with parkers reach will be effective from the outside against Joshua. Joshua does the same thing klitchko done...if you go forward he goes back. Then he starts edging in again because he's the longer man he gets off first when they stay on the outside. You go forward he goes back. They can't reach him with anything effective. They also can't or don't know how to close the gap from the outside going in. It just ends in them taking a bit too much on the outside and Joshua pretty much untouched.

Their trying to draw him in....its not worked for any of them tho. His length advantage is too much...he's also aware of what their trying to do.

You need to find a way to put him on the back foot. Don't go back continually like most of them do. Let him come on to you....stand your ground then push him back by throwing. The secret to beating Joshua is putting him on the backfoot. Can't see any of these smaller reached guys having much success from the outside. So far most of them have tried it. The worst performance of Joshua's career came against Dillon whyte the only guy that tried to push him back. Joshua was technically terrible in that fight. And yet technically he's actually pretty good against these smaller reached fighters. You,ve got to find a way to close that gap. They,ve no chance from the outside.

The "AJ's glass tank" issue should be addressed by his trainers by now. If he comes in lighter like his camp are saying then I'm afraid I don't Parker that much of a chance.

All of Parker's realistic opportunities will come only if AJ gasses. I also think Parker himself slows down in later rounds, he does have a solid chin so far but again, never been in with someone like AJ so we will see.

Im going with AJ stoppage rounds 7/8/9.

If Parker is standing after 7-8 rounds and Joshua comes in slow and muscle bound like against Takam then yeah it's certainly possible.

Wlad let him off the hook, he had him pretty much finished for 2-3 rounds but didn't capitalize. If a younger guy like Parker has him in a similar spot he might not be so lucky. Parker will have to hurt him first obviously and likely eat some of his artillery first so easier said than done.

Parker’s talking about shifting some weight, as is Joshua. My concern for Joshua is McCracken said they want to be around 249, which is still too heavy. If Parker can shift enough weight to overcome his own stamina issues I can see an upset being more plausible. I can’t see Joshua gassing until the later rounds though, and that’s providing Parker sets the pace, unless Joshua has a failed onslaught in the midrounds.

As soon as AJ gets rocked or tires, he really slows down for a period.

I'm believing Parker has the goods to spark him at such a moment.

I can see this happening. Parker needs to up his stamina and not get caught by anything big early. Never allow AJ's adrenaline to kick in. He does that, his chances of victory are good.

Joshua is a B level fighter. But Parker is even worse. He’s C level. Joshua is highly beatable. But Parker is so bad, he probably couldn’t even beat Joshua. 60/40 fight.

Anything is possible, Parker is better than Wilder, that's for sure.....................so...............he has a chance..............but I have to give Joshua the edge, hell, he will own the judges, referee, boxing commission, that will be an uphill battle by itself!

I don’t see much in Parker to trouble AJ apart from maybe slightly faster hands but that’s about it.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Parker nicks the first few rounds and then walks on to something big from AJ and then gets on his bike for the rest of the fight

AJ via points in a dull arse fight but they can’t all be entertaining

If he's gassed by round 4 he will have some serious problems.

I cannot see Joshua gassing by the 4th round, i certainly cant see Joshua gassing by the 4th round because Parker is staying on the outside out of range. Joshua gasses cuz he is too big to put in the long continued assualts when he thinks he has his man hurt. He is not going to gas if Parker is dancing around the outside. He is also looking to come in lighter against Parker and he also seems to be learning from his mistakes from his previous fights.

On top of this when have we ever seen Parker dancing around on his tippy toes before? Most things people are saying he is going to do to beat Joshua are things that ive never seen him do before and he has already been in a few wars, he has already been in a position where if he had these abilities he would of used them by now.

Parker is good but ive never seen great footwork from him, ive never seen great stamina, never seen him use great upper body movement and his shot selections dont dazzle. He is good and he has power but the things he is going to do against Joshua? Ive never seen him do any of it before.

He hardly has to "move" at all to be the best mover that AJ has ever faced!
