Did you actually read the post immediately above yours? Did I say that Joshua would gas by round nine? No, nada

Wilder has 39 fights and 113 rounds of pro fights.
Parker has 24 fights and 123 rounds of pro fights.
AJ has 20 fights and 65 rounds of pro fights.

Parker, in both amateur and pro, is the more experienced out of the lot.

48 rounds against the best quality of his career seems like a pretty good sample to me.

JP needs to show a lot more than he has in the past. But at 26 you have reason to hope he takes another big jump in performance.

he isn't probably going to win by wading right in from round one. Joshua has a questionable chin and stamina. someone unexpected is going to demolish him sooner than later.

If Parker's chin is as solid as Tua's was, I could see him winning, but Joshua's referee will stop the fight as soon as Joshua lands a jab!

That's not quite true. He would smother when he had them nuetralised. Most of wlads style was edging in with the jab. Ready to back out if the smaller opponent went forward. He,d usually get out of there leaving them nothing to hit. He,d edge in again get off first. Then smother.

But he usually always had that backfoot ready to retreat...before the exchange. Edge in see if he can get something off. If the opponent came forward he,d back out. It kind of makes sense with having the longer reach. Joshua will do the same to parker if parker trys to fight on the outside. They can't make up the ground with the shorter reach.

    I hope so.

I have Parker Round 6 KO at 117-1.

If Parker does win, I believe a mid round KO is his only chance.

There is literally no chance he can UD AJ. In the early rounds AJ will be too fresh for Parker to KO him, IMO. In the late rounds, AJ will recuperate as he does.

Parker needs to hit the body for 3-5 rounds and make AJ move. Then put everything into round 6 and either get the KO, or get KOd himself, I doubt he will actually do this though.

He will most likely get UD’d and probably take little to no risks in the fight

    This is false.

Joshua's highest punch counts are the first 5 rounds. He also maintains a high POWER punch out put besides the Klitchko fight BC both were cautious.

However the 2 rounds in the Klitchko fight was when he threw more power shots which were rounds 5 and 11 and we all saw what happened BC of it.

The fact is Joshua has only lost 6 rounds so far with true scoring. He maintains a decent durability level where Parker fades and actually has to take rounds off to get back to his higher punch counts when he exerts himself.

Parker punch count is still high towards later rounds BC he stays at a certain tempo. Joshua is not only going to chasehim down and put him at a pace he doesn't want to be but he's going to hit him too..lol

I think ppl forgot or don't know that getting hit is the worst thing for anyone's stamina.

Joshua has never been down on scorecards in a fight let alone losing early rounds, he won all 5 first rounds against Klitchko, I did the punch counts myself........

Parker going head on into Joshua from the get go is going to be a very early night BC he will get smashed. Not even Takam was that dumb and he was still battered by only 21 clean shots landing in that round and was lucky the bell rang.

Parker has averaged 7 clean punches in the first 5 rounds......he's in major trouble here, I'm telling you guys right now....lol

Parker has averaged THREE clean punches in the 5th round in his last 3 fights.

I could go on but.............well I'm just going to wait until the fight I posted plenty on here. If anyone's betting on this I would bet a stoppage before mid rounds.

I called Bob Bennet and he told me Parkers winning strategy in the hook by hook combination on the front foot.

No way man, this is going to the judges scorecards trust me on that.

Parker lacks the power at the highest level. His ability to level his opposition since he has stepped up has disappeared.

AJ lacks much more than power at long range, and Parker has iron whiskers on him and more elusiveness than AJ is used to dealing with. AJ is a vanilla long range jab and overhand right kind of fighter, and fairly immobile and
    easy to avoid.

This is going to be close every round, and its going to be close on the cards. I would edge AJ to get the nod, because he is the hometown fighter.

Klitchko had 68 fights and 352 rounds under him.

Joshua has also fought the harder punches.

Joshua has also no controversial fights BC all were stoppages.

The only close fight he's had is actually Klitchko , the rest ? Not so much. And by the stats you yourself posted should tell you who is favored here by a large margin BC Joshua has the least round and fight experience so he has to be more skilled to defeat such an opponent like Klitchko.

Parker is cannon fodder for AJ. Attempting to box him from the outside is the worst possible gameplan he could employ, closing the distance and roughing Joshua up on the inside would be his best bet but either way I can't see how he gets a W here.

This is the most likely outcome.

Either Joe will elevate his game and find a way to be great, or he'll fight in nuetral, waiting for Joshua to get stupid in which case, AJ in a close but clear and sadly uneventful UD...117/111

I'm a Parker fan from the start.
Just think he's been stepping up to much to soon since the titles were scattered.
He fought the best of the contenders in Ruiz Jr to win a piece, and has not gotten huge stage exposure needed for this type fight.
His team should have been pushing him on the US audience for a Wilder fight then to the AJ fight around 2020

    Ok....ring command.

Sure. He fought behind his jab.
And he usually did NOT force the octopus onto his opponent.
But, if the opponent broke the plane, he disciplined himself to going forward.

So...if his opponent was content with trying to out work him from the outside, yeah, ur right.

But most all of his record run tried to bulldog him, and got strangled for their troubles
