Cotto UD, i do believe Cotto will tighten up his defense a lot after the Margo pummeling

Cotto UD. Shane battered Margo because Margo has no Plan B. Cotto can box on the backfoot as well, and I think he will survive Mosley again, and do enough to win another close decision.

:good I think he should take the Margarito rematch and the Mosley rematch. A lot of interesting thing happening in the welterweight division. Anything can happen.

just rewatched Cotto-Mosley and i still got the same score, 8-4 for Cotto, i dont see how anyone can have Shane winning that fight, but i think what confused alot of people was that when Cotto starting boxing off back foot, people thought he was succumbing to Shanes pressure the whole time, because they've never seen him box like that before, but what he did was just switch to plan B, since he saw he couldn't get Mosley out of there like he could with most of his opponents, and the cut in his mouth from the Judah fight had re-opened, so it would of been a dumb move tactically to stay in the inside and try outbang/KO Mosley

but anyways, it was a great fight, better then i remember in fact, both were getting caught with bombs all night, and both showed how great there ares, i'd say this fight was Cotto's best win, and Mosleys best loss (as far as performances go)

i hope theres a rematch, i'd love to see these two go at again!...

Amazing how short our memories are. Just last year Cotto outclassed and outboxed Shane...now the predictions are leanings towards an asswhipping by Shane. Selective memory has stifeled our train thought, I expect the same outcome, a well fought battle with Cotto coming out on top.

Cotto was the faster fighter in their last meeting. And people percieved Mosley to be a shot fighter after the fight. Funny how things change over time.

Same result as the first fight. Cotto does not fight like margo. He doesnt just come straight forward like margo. He actually back s up to and does a good enough job fighting backwards. Just look how he did in the 11th round against Shane. Shane is a great fighter but Cotto would still come out on top. Its a styles match up.

I believe mosley underestimated cotto in their first fight; particularly cotto's ability to box and take a punch. Even with all that, the fight was still pretty close. Next time around, there will be little to no surprises. Mosley will be fully prepared from a tactical standpoint, and will also come in heavier than in their first match up. Mosley looked noticeably lighter in the cotto fight, in comparison to the AM bout.

Mosley would have won the first fight if he had just been a little more aggressive

He would beat Cotto in a rematch. That asswhipping Cotto received from Margarito is the type that shortens careers and Richardson is a lot better trainer than Jack Mosley

Mosley should have won the 1st fight IMO and he didnt even have a gameplan while Cotto basically fought his perfect fight. Mosley now would have a gameplan and not be coming off a long layoff agian its proven Mosleys not a strong fighter coming of a layoff.

I dont think Cotto outclassed Shane at all. Cotto won, no doubt, but only because Shane had one of those nights that fighters can have where they just dont pounce when they should. Maybe because he was gassed at crucial times. But if Mosely can correct that, then he wins an easy UD or late TKO.
