Tough to call, i would like to see another couple of fights from both men at 147 before i could make a better call, I do think Crawford is the superior all round boxer with more tricks in the bag however Spence is the better fighter and his fundamentals are A1 similar to mikey garcia, not in style but in the fact that both of them have a simple style that is just fundamentally impeccable and both have great power for the division. For crawford to win hes got to get his shoes on and dance around Spence and never let him set his feet while pot shotting him all night long and choosing his power shots very carefully. Spence will do what he always dose and break you down with brutal body shots and constant pressure and look to stop you late once you've had enough. I honestly can't call it, on paper i would lean towards spence maybe just a little too big and too strong, but something about crawford man that reminds me of floyd his ability to adapt and find a way and keep his composure and rise to the occasion when it matters the most. All i know is i can't wait to ****ing see this ****.
If a fragile Featherweight midget like Gamboa had Crawford all over the place then Spence will probably KO him. Kell Brook is a better win than any of Crawfords wins.
I’m a huge fan of Spence but Crawford should be him rather easily. Spence hasn’t really been in with someone like Crawford
There's so much emphasis put on Spence's power, so lemme ask y'all: when was the last time he was hit flush by an elite welterweight, which Crawford proved to be? Brook never bothered Spence cause he entered the fight drained and never looked sharp. Crawford is a sharp, accurate switch hit puncher, don't underestimate his power because he's boxer first. He goes in with mean intentions, has great ring generalship, superb timing to catch you off guard and excellent body shots. While I don't have a clear favorite here, I don't throw Spence on the P4P list for beating post-GGG Brook and Lamont either, cause that's about it, sorry media creation Algieri and Sammy Vargas. I'm not pissing on Errol's resume, I'm just saying he's looked great vs. a shortlist of top opponents whereas Crawford faced and passed many kinds of tests over multiple divisions, with flying colors. I think he will find holes through Spence's guard, stand his ground on wrestling side and may completely expose him on the inside Ward style, even though few are expecting him to do so. We'll find out how good Spence is when brought out of his comfortable fighting dimension.
