Kell Brook vs. Matthew Hatton - Matthew gives him trouble with his aggression an gives him a tough tough fight, having a lot of success with the right but coming short at the end of a split decision.

Grzegorz 'G' Proksa vs. Kerry Hope - G Proksa absolutely decimating Kerry Hope with a early stoppage.

Carl Frampton vs. Prosper Ankrah - Frampton in a mid round stoppage or easy easy UD.

Adnan Amar vs. Lee Purdy - Adnan Amar late T/KO or decision.

Sergio Martinez vs. Matthew Macklin - Martinez UD. Macklin makes it competitive and grits it out to make the final bell.

    Antonio DeMarco vs. Miguel Roman
    - Antonio DeMarco late late stoppage or UD.

As the wise, high-top faded slip&counter says, give me some x's and o's!

Get them in and earn some bragging rights! :deal

Macklin to brutally stop Martinez with one huge left hook in the first, ala the Amin Asikainen fight:

I think Hatton may make it competitive over the first half of the fight with his pressure, but Kell will be countering his rushes with stiff jabs and right-crosses and also occasional shots to the body. I think by the latter half of the fight Kell will have broken down his man and could force some sort of stoppage after 10 rounds.

    Proksa/Frampton by stoppage.

Martinez-Macklin will be pretty one-sided imo with Martinez landing his right-hook and straight-left regular and generally being far too slick for Macklin to get off any combinations; SM's footspeed will leave MM chasing him aorund the ring for much of it. I think Martinez can stop him around 7/8/9.

Kell Brook vs Matthew Hatton - Brook by comfortable UD. I reckon Hatton might nick a few rounds, early and late by getting up in Brook's grill against the ropes and hooking to the head and body, but I don't reckon he will sustain it. Kell will likely keep him at a decent range and pepper him with the jab and straight right. I believe Hatton's performance againt Alvarez has been a little decieving, just because he wasn't knocked out (he still lost about every single round) and I don't consider Saul to be that good. Wouldn't be surprised if Kell stopped him, but I don't think he'll go looking for it. I see a fairly easy night for Ezekiel.

Grzegorz Proksa vs Kerry Hope - Proksa TKO. He'll dance round Hope, bamboozle him for a couple of rounds and then take him out. Straightforward for Proksa.

Carl Frampton vs the Afrobum - The Jackal by mid rounds TKO, like the Proksa fight it's merely a tune up and he should take his opponent out with ease.

Adnan Amar vs Lee Purdy - This is a tough one but I think Amar might win by decision. Purdy's good, but he often lets his opponent control the pace and tempo and if he lets Amar lead in this fight then he'll probably lose out. If Amar is as good as some make him out to be he should be able to outbox Purdy and dictate the pace.

Sergio Martinez vs Matthew Macklin - Martinez by KO. Barker lasted 10 because he covered his face for most of the rounds and boxed from the outside. Macklin....I can't see him doing that. He's a workrate guy and he'll try and outwork Martinez but the gulf in class is too big for me, and with Martinez's power (not massive but it's good) and accuracy he will probably catch Macklin in the mid rounds and stop him.

Antonio Demarco vs Mickey Roman - Demarco by wide UD. Roman's a tough cookie, he can go through the wars and he took some massive shots in his shootout with Escalante the other year. Demarco isn't a big puncher and I don't think his accumulative power is all that either. I reckon Roman makes it to the bell without being too competitive.

By the time it's all said and done:

Brook to be even more overrated
Macklin to receive plaudits regardless of how much good work he does
Frampton to look ace and be proclaimed the new Jesus

    Martinez to banjo Macklin.

Brook to put too much heat on Hatton and get the late stoppage by accumulation.

McGuigan to say "Carl could've have got him out of there a little earlier" after Frampton stops his opponent in the first round.
