The Haskins-Hall & Mathews-Rees are the most intriguing fights IMO and are quite hard to pick. I can understand everyone favouring Rees but I reckon Derry might stop him. Haskins-Hall could be decent, didn't realise it was on the Channel 5 show so I'm hoping it gets shown.

Haven't watched much of Jones but I'd be disappointed if he didn't provide a real test for Kell; for all of the hype and build up of N'dou, Jackiewicz and Hatton nbeing steps up for Brook, I don't think he was ever in any serious threat of losing.

Yeah but Kell is the greatest of all time.

He'd dominate Tommy Hearns and win 120-108 x3.

I've got a bad feeling about the Brook/Jones fight. Jones will come for war and will want to make it a war and he seems to have got under Kells skin. Also wiv everyone saying he needs to be more spiteful etc he might lose his head once tagged and trade with him. I would still back him vs Jones in a toe to toe battle but its only 55/45 in his favour. Jones can punch and is very confident

The good thing about Jones is that he will press the action, and throw plenty offensively, N'dou, Jack and Hatton all went into survival mode as soon as they tasted Kell's power, Jones won't.

I don't think it was that really, it was just that none of them were as good a test as they were made out to be. N'dou & Hatton without doubt won't have been intimidated by Brook's power, they've faced much harder punchers than him before.

It was more their mindset going into the fight rather than anything that Brook really did to unsettle them. This fight, being an eliminator and that, should be different hopefully.

Hall needs to use his feet and straight punches to beat Haskins. He has the physical dimensions to win the fight. It's whether he can create the angles and offset Haskins sporadic and unorthodox attacks whilst landing his own work.

I was at Haskins loss to Munyai a fair few years back, That night he learned to hate the jab :yep.

Fantastic night's action, Got my Curry ordered :happy. Might even stay up and watch Silva vs Sonnen II.

I'm surprised how few people are picking Hall.

He's on a different planet to Broadhurst, who'd never beaten a fighter with a winning record to my knowledge.

Hall's jab is good and he ticks most boxes IMO.

I think people see a fighter lose and then disregard him. Hall's a very spiteful puncher. Sorta bludgeons his opponents, Now Haskins is a sitting duck. Hall has to keep relaxed, side step and feint and keep his punches straight and in bunches.

Hall can take it i agree although as much as i ain't keen on Haskins he does find a way to win and isn't a bad operator just boring to watch cos of his rebore Hamed style. If Hall doesn't settle to task early on he could lose badly. It's a mental fight for him, has to be patient and thoughtful.

I actually think this will be Haskins most entertaining battle.

    Cue a shocker.....
