This is a hard fight to predict... it's pretty close to a 50-50 fight. I had the first fight a draw and I don't really give an advantage to either guy. It just depends on who is better on the night and maybe even blind luck. I think it's gonna go to the scorecards and it will be a controversial decision either way.

If I had to pick a winner I'd go with Martinez because he has the tools to hit and not get hit back, and the ability to change up his style mid fight... whereas Williams struggles with both of those things. So Martinez has a slight edge going into the fight provided he can make the weight comfortably, but the safest bet would be to avoid betting at all except maybe on the over. I'm not too sure about P Will's chin though after seeing him get dropped and sent flying across the ring in the first fight, so even the over is a risky bet. But hey, all boxing bets are inherently risky.

Man this is one fight I really don't want to choose. But I think Martinez would prove more of a threat to Pacman and Floyd if they man up to fight him.

i got paul williams winning on a close decision, i think he made a mistake in not studying his opponent last time, but i won't be suprised if martinez wins, either way i just want to see the fight and i don't care who wins!!

Williams will win it. Even though I want Martinez to get it because I thought he deserved the first one. But still, I only saw that fight once.

Martinez beats Williams. Floyd can't make a fight with emmanuel, so Floyd fights Martinez for the 160 title. Williams drops down to 154 and puts in work there.

It was a really impressive fight first time out and im expecting a re run of the 1st , it wasnt one of those brutal Marquez - Vasquez style fights were you say , oh the rematch will not be as good as the first fight as the fight was so brutal !!!

It was fast paced and technical as well as being an all out war , it really was a good fight !!!!

I think this time Williams poors it on and takes an even more comfortable UD .........

    :good

Should be a better fight this time, cause I felt Martinez didn't do enough to repell William's offense at times, only I felt he showed against Pavlik, that he had learned a lesson from that, so I anticipate he will be more consistent with his offense this time around, which can only bode well for a good fight, as Williams doesn't seem to have the skills to compete with him from range, to Box a more intelligent fight, which is an odd thing to say for someone so long, only I have a feeling, that a more aggressive Martinez will be more stationary, which will help William's cause, as the movement seemed to offset him a little.

I think im gonna go for Williams.

Martinez for me has always been a strong starter, but seems to fade in the middle rounds. He picked up the pace against Pavlik to win that fight, but he looked vulnerable in the mid rounds. He didn't win against Cintron because he didn't turn up the pressure when it was neccesary, and he can't afford any lapses of concentratrion against Paul. I think Martinez will take this, I think he's going to box Paul, and I don't think the Punisher had been preparing for a boxing match with Sergio. If Martinez fights a smart fight, in which he utilises movement a lot better, then he can beat Paul. If it's a war he's looking for again, I can see Paul winning this in a similar fashion to the first fight.
