Cruz is circling and jabbing. Cruz pulls Luna's head down in a clinch and is hit with a low blow. Reiss warns them both while giving Cruz recovery time. Cruz is lunging in with a deep knee bend and planting a right hand on the body. Luna is countering with a hook. Double jab into the air by Cruz. Luna is tossing a long right hand at the head, missing as Cruz falls back against the ropes. Luna is ripping the right hand in and ducking immediately, staying under the counter flurries of Cruz. Wild overhand right by Cruz falling in. Brief clinch, bumping heads as they ricochet out. Cruz is pumping his jab into the air and reaching with the right hand, but Luna is ducking and letting his hands go. Nice body dig by Luna.

Cruz is pulling back with his upper body, dodging the right hand of Luna, then starting to slingshot himself in with a counter overhand, also missing. Luna is pounding on the bunched arms of Cruz, attempting to scramble the guard and score on the body. Nice counter right by Cruz while skipping backward. Cruz starting to use lots of veteran tricks, moving halfway around Luna, changing directions along with altitude, bumping into him, jabbing when Luna does. Cruz is jabbing the body and then bringing up left hooks, chasing Luna. Smooth jabs and right hand leads on the outside by Luna, settling down. Cruz puts up a high jab and Luna gets his right shoulder beneath it, head cocked.

10-9 Luna, but closest all night
