Now I agree with Bradley. But the hyperbole surrounding all the other guys needs to calm down. Thurman was being billed as an undeterrable brawler and that isn't what he is. But Brook has exactly 1 win over a world class opponent, and wasn't overly impressive in that, although he did win it fairly comfortably. I don't see what he would bring to the table to trouble Mayweather.

    Forgotten about Porter?

Who has Thurman beaten? What's his best win... Soto Karass or Guerrero? Hard to say because Soto Karass went through Guerrero's record in better fashion. Pretty sad that anyone would say something like that knowing Thurman's resume.

You know I respect your opinion but in my eyes the only one to give Money a fight at 147 is Brook. And for the record I take Brook to beat him.

Porter was a paper champ, worse than a lot of guys Thurman has beaten. His rise was smoke and mirrors. Bullying a shot Malignaggi and Devon Alexander was all it took for people to be lulled by this illusion that Porter was some destroyer. Haymon did his job well. Porter always sucked. This is the same guy that got a gift over shot Kidd Diaz.

I still bet you show up next week micromanaging and finding fault with everything Kovalev does.

I'm not saying Porter is the best thing in the world, but Brook's win over Porter trumps Thurman's entire resume. Sorry, Thurman hasn't faced ANYONE yet. To say he's on Brook's level, is wrong on many levels.

Bradley would be more competitive against Mayweather than Thurman. That's how it is. Thurman wouldn't win 1 round, not 1 round. I said this before the Collazo fight. If anyone is an illusion at this point, it's Thurman. Haymon doing his job well here. People thought Thurman was a KO-artist.

Plus, Porter was an underdog in the Alexander fight, and he took Alexander's belt. He also KO'd Malignaggi. Anyone predicted that?

    Brook's level?

Porter may be(maybe) a better win than Guerrero or Chaves, but not by leaps or bounds, and certainly not in the style or definitive fashion one would like for a guy to be considered a leading challenger to Mayweather. Other than that single win, Brook's resume is devoid of world class operators. I'd have no problem with any of the 4 of Bradley, Thurman, Brook, Khan group, with Bradley being most deserving by far, but no more likely to win.

Yes, leaps and bounds better than Guerrero and Chaves. Guerrero is below average and Chaves has yet to even beat a named opponent.

Sorry bub, I don't see it. I guess we agree to disagree. Porter is very limited skillwise. He has found something with that mauling style he has adopted for his last bunch of fights, and by dropping down to ww, but what makes you rank him so highly? Brook won, but he got by him in an unimpressive fight, marred by a ton of holding. Chaves drew sith Bradley and while he may not have a win over a named opponent, neither did Brook before his lone one over Porter. I can't at all see why he'd be a clear pick to fight Mayweather while Thurman would not be.
