Look how easily the he went down again. Berto just stepped up to him, threw the right and Lopez didnt react to it at all.
He went down like a sack of potatoes.

And lets not forget that those were consecutive knockdowns with almost 2 minutes left on the clock.
Nothing to really cry over :conf

I would like to see Tarver vs Arreola :!: I think Tarver could end our miseries.

Porter needs to up his game but Bone did look solid in there, i would like to see more from him.

Joesesito will likely carry on but i dont see anywhere he can really go on from here. He hit his ceiling and its likely closing in on him. Although a rematch with Ortiz would quarantee fireworks. :bbb

Berto vs Guerrero II !!! Make that **** happen :fire

Dropped quickly and easily :huh I don't think so but okay:roll:
He was winning the fight and two knockdown in a round is tough but he had the heart, will and fortitude to make it out of the round IMO:yep

Oh well.....S.....Hit happens in boxing

It was a bad stoppage. Lopez was winning the fight on all 3 scorecards and yet the refs ruined it by stopping too quick. Yes the 2nd knockdown was visious but lopez deserves to get counted before the refs can decides to stop it but the fact the refs call the fight off after a 2nd knockdown without any counts proves it was a terrible, bad stoppage. Would have berto finish it? Likely but we will never know thanks to that re****ed ref who should be fined for terrible stoppage. I wish refs would get fined for every bad stoppage.

^^^A great punch that lopez i didnt think saw it coming but lopez wasnt knock out cold so in that regard it was a terrible stoppage. Refs should be fined for terrible stoppage cause the fans pay hard earn money to see fights that doesnt end terrible.

Hmm. I guess we view things way differently.
That second knockdown came just too easy for my liking and as i stated previously, there were nearly two minutes left in the round.

^^^And? If it was 3 minutes left? So what? lol. Lopez deserves to be counted by a 8 count to see if he can get up again and if lopez look very dazed from the 2nd knockdown by getting up or couldnt? Then the refs can decides to stop it. He deserves a chance to show if he can continue. It was just his 2nd knockdown. Marquez was down 3 freaking times in the first pac fight which he was more hurt then lopez was last night but refs didnt stop marquez.

And that was Marquez, who had never been knocked out and he was ina world championship fight.
Like i said, Lopez went down too fast and the referee is there to protect him.

Yeah he was doing good but you got to keep it up for 12 rounds, if he wanted to continue he would of used better defense and survival skill when he got up. He went down again so quick and easy it was basically an I quit moment!
