Thats more like it, well done to them. Picking up a HBO PPV event is no mean feat. Escalante-Ponce De Leon is a great FOTY candidate fight and although the other 3 fights aren't the best. Its still a very solid card and this news should certainly entice boxing fans to fork out some money.

Well done Premier Sports :good Very promising.

They say on their facebook that they are targeting the fights Sky ignore, trying to do at least one a month. There are certainly plenty of options for them as Sky dont pick up plenty of decent US cards.

Is it not £6.99 a month? So if they do at least one fight for a month snd you don't like any of their other sports that's what your paying.

So basically 50% of a Sky ppv to watch the fights they don't get.

It'll be funny to read people's reaction if they pick up JuanMa v Rafa. Sky will be berated so much.

Brilliant that we're getting another player in broadcasting. Will definitely be looking to sign up if they can keep it up.

Damn thats not bad at all. If we get 8 good fights a year from them its about a tenner a fight. Sky charge a third more. The 18th is gonna be a busy day!

    conning ****s.

I dont no why they dont do it like primetime and just pay for the event you want.

Scrap that, i dont no why Sky dont put there hands in there pockets and get it on at 2AM!

Understandable to be skeptical, but have to admit its a promising start.

This channel came out of nowhere a couple months back. They announced a boxing fight totally out the blue around a week or 2 back, showed their first boxing fight just last Saturday and already have the Mosley-Mora card lined up, the matchups might not be all that but its a deep card.

If boxing fans can afford to spend £20 or so on a 3 month contract, we should certainly give them our support and see how it turns out. I certainly wasn't expecting a card of this magnitude to come on this channel so quickly...seems like they are working hard on their boxing. For such a young channel its very promising so far.

you all moan and moan about lack of boxing on tv... and some company steps up to the plate to show you the fights...then you moan about being tied into a two month contract:verysad
