great in theory ,but i just cant see how he can full the cards...premier are going to want to show at least 2 fights and one title and i dont know how many fighters he has and how many of them are at title level or nearly
People seem to have been brainwashed into thinking titles are the only thing that matters.I would rather watch a show with 5 or 6 50/50 fights than 1 FW card that has 4 title fights where the winner is pre-determined.
Dont you have to pay a monthly subscription for premier sports though?? If so how much?? Cant see how this is good for boxing if you have to pay an additional monthly fee as well as sky subscription :huh
£6.99 a month, and it's well worth it. It's good for Boxing because they show cards that we otherwise wouldn't see, it's not like they're pinching them from Sky and making us pay extra for them ala primetime.
Yeah Primtime are basically doing what Setanta used to do.Prefer that to paying £15 for a crappy 3 hr card.
If Fearon can put on Choi v Asiku as a non tv show with a very decent undercard I look forward to seeing what he can do with a bit of TV money. He will pull something out of the bag 50/50 fights are they key.
first off im not brainwashed,im realistic. Why titles? Becuase its the bare minimum these days for a british broadcast of boxing, look what setanta used to show? also what Sky show and even what ITV4 used to show ...all had at least a british or commonwealth fight on there cards ... so i wouldent expect any diffrent tbh ... if you want to run with the big boys etc ... im not saying he cant do it ,he seems capable of doing it ...looking at his previous cards and some of his fighters i cant see there is the depth at the moment ...not to say he cant attract them, when he could ...
Btw...wonder what international fights they might pick up in the next few months. They need to show at least one a month to make the sub worthwhile and theyve done well on that so far apart from 2 or 3 barren months
